im still far of my wife and we like to start the application i_130 but the pb is that the house where she live is still in contract wt her ex.they do pay every month the bank;now he decide to go back and live in the same house.he was renting other house.the market is so bad and ze need solution for our situation.we need to start so plz what is the solution.

I recently got a speeding ticket for going 77 mph in a 55 mph zone by airplane surveillance, I decided to fight the ticket. I studied hard did my homework and put on a good case, the judge even complimented me.I produced aerial photos of area and alleged markings on ground from 1200 ft view and from 3 ft away the officer in plane could not identify not one of them I asked for his calibration of the stop watch he used and he could not produce that either, I even got him to admit that air speed is affected by surrounding air and that there was a tail wind that day. I produced evidence that my car can not go 77 mph by two separate receipts from two separate mechanics at two different times.
The citing officer and the arresting officer produced a engineering survey which only limited them to 2000 ft., but by the officers testimony he paced me for 2640 ft. a half mile 640 ft. to early (outside of the engineering survey) The arresting officer said he visually estimated my speed at 77 from 1/4 mile away in his driver side mirror from were the plane ended his pace. So the airplane was for half mile and then the other cop said he saw me for an additional 1/4 mile. The arresting officer was pre occupied with another car when I came up,and he lied about that I have the evidence of that after the fact, but because I beat the airplane surveillance up so bad the judge ruled against me base on the arresting officers visual estimate from his driver side mirror from a 1/4 mile away from, also because I never said I wasn’t speeding just that my car cant go 77 mph.
I want to appeal this but need some help on how to go about this. Where can I find help to write a motion to appeal and what should it say? Do I have grounds to appeal?
Oh yeah this is in California, Solano County
